烧结温度对钨球压缩性能的影响

摘    要:采用液相烧结法制备钨合金球,研究烧结温度对钨球微观组织的影响,讨论晶粒度和W-W邻接度对钨球压缩性能的影响。结果表明:烧结温度越高,晶粒度越大,W-W邻接度越小;在烧结温度为1520℃时,直径8mm的钨球具有最高的压溃载荷(80kN)。断口形貌观察表明,钨球压缩开裂机制与钨合金拉伸开裂机制基本一致。对钨球压缩行为的研究表明,钨颗粒的变形主要集中在钨球的中心部分。

Abstract:In this article, the sintering temperature and microstructure of tungsten alloy balls were discussed, and the influence of tungsten particle size and tungsten-tungsten contiguity on compression properties of tungsten alloy balls was investigated. The experimental results show that the tungsten particle size increases with the increasing of temperature, but the transformation of tungsten-tungsten contiguity decreases. When the temperature reaches 1 520 ℃, tungsten alloy ball of 8 mm diameter has the maximum compressing load(80 kN). It’s indicated that the cracking mechanism of compressed tungsten alloy balls is almost the same with tensioned tungsten heavy alloy. Finally, the compression behavior of tungsten alloy balls is studied, it’s indicated that the distortion concentrates in the center of tungsten alloy balls.
