氯化聚乙烯硬度测定的影响因素

摘    要:通过对氯化聚乙烯硬度测定的影响因素进行分析,确定了影响测试结果的主要因素是测试时压针压入读数时间、试片厚度、试片表面平整度、混炼时间和成型温度,影响的顺序依次是:压针压入读数时间试片厚度试片表面平整度混炼时间成型温度。

Abstract:Through analysing factors of influencing the hardness measurement results of chlorinated polyethylene, the main influencing factors were found, i.e. indenting time, specimen thickness, speci- men surface roughness, mixing time and molding temperature. The influence of these factors followed the sequence: indenting time 〉 specimen thickness 〉 specimen surface roughness 〉 mixing time 〉 mold- ing temperature.
