摘    要:目的:采用星点设计-响应面法对山药多糖冷水提取工艺进行优化。方法:在单因素实验基础上,根据星点实验设计(CCD)原理采用3因素5水平的响应面分析法(RSM),以多糖提取率为响应值,对山药多糖冷水浸提提取工艺进行研究。结果:在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出山药多糖冷水浸提最优工艺参数为液料比10.30∶1,提取时间12.26 h,提取次数3次。结论:在最优工艺条件下,山药多糖的实际提取率可达2.885%。

Optimization of Cold Water Extraction Technology of Chinese Yam Polysaccharide by Response Surface Methodology
Abstract:Objective: To optimize the cold water extraction technology of Chinese yam polysaccharides by response surface methodology. Methods: On the basis of single factor experiment,according to the central composite experimental design principles,the method of Response Surface Method with 3 factors and 5 levels was adopted. Response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response value to optimize the cold water extraction technology of Chinese yam polysaccharides. Results: The optimal conditions of Chinese yam polysaccharides extraction were as follows: the ratio of material to solvent of 10. 30∶ 1,extraction time of 12. 26 h and extraction times of 3 times. Conclusion: The yield of Chinese yam polysaccharides is 2. 885% under the optimal conditions.
