曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病心衰患者心功能及心率变异性的影响

目的探讨曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病心衰患者心功能及心率变异性（HRV）的影响。方法将120例缺血性心肌病患者随机分为对照组与观察组,58例对照组患者接受抗心衰常规治疗,62例观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗后2个月的临床疗效、左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SU）及HRV的变化。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.3%,显著高于对照组（72.4%）（P〈0.01）;治疗后两组心功能均显著改善,但观察组LVEDD显著小于对照组,LVEF、SU及HRV显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论曲美他嗪用于缺血性心肌病心衰,可显著改善患者心功能及HRV,提高临床疗效。

Effect of Trimetazidine on heart function and heart rate variability in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of Trimetazidine on heart function and heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.Methods 120 cases with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure were randomly divided into control group and experience group.58 cases of control group were given routine treatment and 62 patients of experience group received oral administration of Trimetazidine based on routine treatment.Clinical effect,LVEDD,LVEF,SU and HRV 2 months after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.3% and 72.4% in experience group and control group respectively(P < 0.01);the heart function of two groups after treatment both got improved,but LVEDD of experience group were much less than control group and LVEF,SU and HRV of experience group were much higher than those of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine for ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure can greatly improve the heart function,HRV and clinical effect.
