摘    要:采用运放LM324构成的仪用放大器电路作为信号放大电路的输入,不但具有输入阻抗高、稳定性好、放大倍数高,而且具有可调的优点.电路同时还使用了模拟光耦隔离器件,实现外部被检测电路与核心控制芯片在电器上的隔离,避免了外部的电磁干扰,并已在喷气织机的张力检测上得到了很好的应用.通过应用表明,该电路线性度好,完全能满足高放大倍数、高稳定性的仪器仪表信号的放大处理要求.

Abstract:The circuit designed in this paper used LM324 op amp instrumentation amplifier input as a signal amplification circuit with high input impedance, good stability, high magnification and adjustable benefits. At the same time using the analog opto isolation devices are detected to achieve the external detected circuit and the core on the chip in electrical isolation to prevent the external electromagnetic interference. The design circuit of the tension test on air-jet looms has been a very good application. Through the application shows that the circuit linearity, fully able to meet the high magnification, high-stability instrument amplification of the signal processing requirements.
