智能纤维的设计思路及制备技术

摘    要:智能纤维在材料领域中具有重要的地位和独特的用途.本文综述了智能纤维的总体设计思路,包括仿生学、分子设计和复合技术;讨论了智能纤维的主要制备技术,包括智能成纤聚合物直接纺丝、接枝共聚、交联、共混与添加、复合纺丝与杂化、高分子化学反应以及后处理等;并建议我国应该重视智能纤维的研究开发.

Abstract:The intelligent fibers have an important position and special usefulness in the materials field. In this paper, the train of thought for designing intelligent fibers was reviewed, including bionics, moleculear design and complex technology; the preparing technolegy of intelligent fibers was described, including the direct spinning of intelligent polymer-forming fiber, graft copolymerizion, crosslinking, blending and addition, composite sipinning and hybridization,chemical reaction of polymer as well as post-treatment and so on ; it was suggested that the research and development of intelligent fiber should be paid more attention in China.
