| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨干部人群中代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome，MS）及其组分的发病特征。方法：对参加健康体检的564例处、厅级干部，进行身高、体重、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖等指标检测，根据国际糖尿病联盟（IDF）全球共识定义诊断MS并进行统计分析。结果：MS总检出率为23．1％，男性高于女性（25．4％vs14．6％，P〈0．05），中年男性的检出率最高（26．9％）。血脂紊乱、超重／肥胖、中心肥胖、高血压、糖代谢异常检出率分别为63．8％、47．9％、37．9％、29．1％、30．0％。MS中，3项组合异常率最高，占63．1％，以中心肥胖＋高血压＋高甘油三酯血症的组合形式最常见。结论：干部人群MS及其各组分的检出率呈较高水平。在干部保健中，加强心血管危险因素的监测，早期诊断并积极干预MS，对降低心血管病的发病率和死亡率，改善预后有重大意义。
