超细煤系煅烧高岭土颗粒表面包覆二氧化钛膜的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了超细煤系煅烧高岭土颗粒表面包覆二氧化钛膜的工艺。结果表明,改性温度和改性时间、改性药剂用量、基体悬浮液浓度和搅拌速度是影响包覆效果的关键因素。运用SEM、TEM对最终包膜产品进行了测试分析,表明超细煤系烯烧高岭土颗粒表面包覆了厚度为150nm、均匀且致密的二氧化钛薄膜。

Abstract:The technology of coating TiO 2 film on the surface of ultra fine calcined coal kaolin particle was studied.It is shown that temperature and time,amount of surface modification agent,pulp density and stirring velocity are the important factors of influencing the effect of coating.The coating product,which was acquired on the optimum conditions,was tested and analyzed by SEM and TEM.The results show that titanium dioxide thin film on the ultra fine calcined coal kaolin is well distrbuted and compact,the thickness of film is about 150nm.
