中国离心球墨铸管行业的现状和发展

由于具有强度高、塑性好、抗腐蚀能力强等优点，离心球墨铸铁管已成为目前市政管网建设最主要的管材。中国离心球墨铸铁管工业起步较晚，但经过多年努力，其生产工艺、工装设备及产品质量上都有了长足发展。对中国离心球墨铸铁管目前的生产技术、工艺创新及应用情况进行了综述，分析了存在的问题，同时指出提高生产设备自动化水平，淘汰落后产能，打造绿色环保型铸管生产企业，将是中国离心球墨铸管行业发展的必然趋势。

Status and development of centrifugal ductile iron pipe industry in China

Due to its high strength, good plasticity, strong corrosion resistance，the centrifugal ductile iron pipe has been the most major tubing in the municipal pipe network construction. Although the centrifugal ductile iron pipe industry started relatively late in China, its production process, equipment and product quality has got great development through years of work hard. Focused on the present domestic production technologies of centrifugal ductile iron pipe, technology innovation and its application situation, analyzed some existing problems. Meanwhile, indicated the development tendency of this industry were to improve the automation level of production equipment, eliminate backward productivity and build green environmental protection enterprises.
