彩色多普勒超声术前诊断隐睾的临床价值

目的探讨彩色超声在隐睾术前诊断中的应用价值。方法对29例隐睾症患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查并与手术结果进行对照分析。结果29例患者共28例隐睾,1例未探及睾丸。隐睾位于腹股沟管部者17例,腹腔内者8例,阴囊上部者3例,全部经手术证实。结论彩色多普勒超声对隐睾的诊断准确、安全、无损伤,有较高临床价值,可作为隐睾症的首选检查方法。

Clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography for diagnosing cryptorchidism

Objective To investigate the applied value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagosing cryp- torchidism. Method6 High frequency ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound with a convex transducer were utilized before operation in 29 cases of cryptorchidism and a analysis in contrast with the operation results was made.Result Of the 29 eases of cryptorchidism,28 cases had been diagnosed accurately by color Doppler ultrasound before operations then were all confirmed by operations; one case was not explored out eryptorehidism.Among the 28 cases 17 cases were in inguinal canal,8 cases were in abdominal cavity,3 cases were beyond scrotum. Conclusion The diagnosis of color Doppler uhrasound on eryptorchidism is considerably accurate,safe and non-invasive,has an obviously high clinical value and can be regarded as a priority method for examining cryptorchidism.
