酸水混合物入侵对复合绝缘子电场强度分布的影响

摘    要:为研究酸水混合物侵蚀对复合绝缘子电场强度所造成的影响,建立了复合绝缘子酸水混合物侵蚀模型,利用有限元法对绝缘子侵蚀前、后的电场强度及电位分布进行仿真计算.结果表明,在酸水混合物侵蚀的作用下,侵蚀处的电场强度、电位分布均发生严重畸变,伞裙的局部电场强度比正常值高53.7%,单片伞裙的承受电压值比正常值高1 175 V左右,这对复合绝缘子的安全稳定运行产生了严重的隐患.

Abstract:For studying impact on electric field intensity of composite insulator caused by erosion of acid dip mixture, this paper discusses establishment of composite insulator acid dip mixture erosion model which uses finite element method to proceed simulating calculation for electric field intensity and potential distribution before and after erosion. The result shows under the role of erosion of acid dip mixture, serious distortion occurs to electric field intensity and potential distribution. Partial electric field intensity of umbrella skirt is exceeding 53.7% than normal value while the voltage value of single umbrella skirt exceeds about 1 175 V than normal value which may cause serious hidden danger to safe and reliable operation of composite insulator.
