兆瓦级风电机组轮毂的优化设计及分析

摘    要:应用有限元分析软件平台ANSYS Workbench,对某兆瓦级风力发电机组的轮毂进行形状优化设计。经过3轮优化,刚性轮毂被设计成一个空心的似球体,轮毂的外形更加合理,轮毂的重量得以减轻。在减少球墨铸铁用量的同时,使轮毂的有效刚度达到最大化。验证结果表明,优化后的轮毂设计结构,完全满足静强度的设计要求。优化设计的方法简便可靠,适用于大型风电机组轮毂及其他机械部件的设计及分析。

Abstract:Finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is applied to the shape optimization design of a megawatt wind turbine hub.After three times optimization,the hub is designed into a hollow spheroidal shape,the structure is more reasonable and the weight is lighter.The usage of spheroidal graphite cast iron material is reduced,and the stiffness is maximized.The results show that the optimized hub structure fully meet the design requirements of the static strength.The optimization design method is simple,can be used for the design and analysis of wind turbine hub and other mechanical parts.
