结晶器铜板防热裂技术措施

摘    要:随着板坯连铸机产能不断提高,济钢第三炼钢厂结晶器铜板所承受的热负荷不断增加,热裂问题日益严重,裂纹深度大多在6~8 mm。通过将结晶器铜板镀层厚度采用阶梯分布形式,优化铜板母材导热性能,铜板弯月面加开X型冷却水槽,浸入式水口改用4孔水口,裂纹深度均控制在2 mm以下,铜板单次过钢量由2.2万t提高到6万t。

Abstract:The heat load borne by mould copper plate for thin slab continuous casting in No.3 Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Steel increased with the productivity increase. Then thermal crack was increasingly serious and the crack depth was 6 mm to 8 mm mostly.Through some technological measures, such as forming steps distribution of the copper plate coating, optimizing thermal conductivity of the copper plate of slab bold, adding some X-type cooling flumes in copper plate meniscus and using four-hole SEN, the crack depth was controlled under 2 mm and total amount of casting steel per time improved to 60 thousand tons from 22 thousand tons.
