| 摘 要： | 研究了一种能够提高节流装置测量气体流量精度的智能化流量测量系统。分析了节流装置的测量原理和流体介质工艺参数对流量计算的影响,研究了实用的全参数流量补偿技术。介绍了节流装置在线补偿计算流量的迭代算法,提出了基于现场总线和工业通信技术的差压信号采集和计量数据传输技术,讨论了智能化流量计量系统方案,减小了因节流装置偏离设计工作状态引起的流量计算误差,提高了流量计量系统的精度。 |
