社区流动人口围产儿死亡原因分析

目的分析社区流动人口围产儿死亡原因并探讨其死亡相关因素，以提高围产期保健工作质量，降低围产儿死亡率。方法对佛山市禅城区澜石医院68份于2000～2009年期间死亡的围产儿住院病历进行统计分析。结果10年间围产儿死亡68例，均集中于流动人口，死亡率为7．78％。围产儿死因分类中，死胎占61．76％，死产占14．71％，早期新生儿死亡占23．53％，死胎明显高于死产和早期新生儿死亡（X^2=39．3846，P〈0．01；x^2=23．3103，P〈O．01）；死亡原因以先天畸形、脐带因素、母体因素为主要原因；接受产检5次以上的围产儿死亡率明显低于5次以下，有显著性差异（x^2=67．7647，P〈0．01）。结论重视社区流动人口孕产妇保健管理，扩大免费产检、婚检目标人群，增加社区医院先进设备的投入，提高社区医疗单位产科质量，来预防早产及其并发症的发生，是降低流动人口围产儿死亡率的关键。

The Analysis of Death Reason for Perinatal Children of the Community Floating Population
