| Abstract: | Evaluating is perceived as an integral part of equipment purchase. Yet a number of problems associated with the existing evaluating methods arise. This paper puts forward an evaluating approach which integrates ELECTRE method and entropy method. An evaluating model based on this approach is then developed. The example of tender purchase of thermal power auxiliary equipments indicates the applicability of this integrated method in evaluating electrical equipment purchase. |
