钢铁化学置换镀铜的研究

摘    要:研究了一种用于钢铁基体化学置换镀铜的专用复合添加剂。采用电化学方法和原子力显微镜研究了预镀层性能及其形貌。结果表明,添加剂可减少钢铁表面置换镀铜层的孔隙率,提高镀层结合力及耐蚀性。

Abstract:A kind of composite additive used for copper plating of chemical replacement on iron surface was investigated. The properties and morphology of the coating were analyzed by using electrochemical methods and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Results showed that the composite additive could redound to decrease porosity and improve the quality of the coating.
