| 摘 要： | 目的研究中药参芪通络注射液对实验性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法用血管法造成脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,分别给予参芪通络注射液和复方丹参注射液,观察其对脑含水量、血流变、SOD活性和LPO含量的影响。结果参芪通络注射液在减轻脑水肿,改善血流变,升高SOD活性,减少LPO含量等多方面,作用均优于复方丹参组(P<0.05)。结论参芪通络注射液对实验性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有较好保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the protective effect of herb Senqi tongluo injection on experimental cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury. Methods By adopting 4-vessel-occmusion method make ischemic reperfusion injury model, inject Senqi tongluo and Fufang dansen injection to observe its effect on brain water content hemorrheology, super dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (LPO). Results Senqi tongluo injection can decrease brain water content, improve hemorrheology, improve the activity of SOD, clearing away LPO, the effect is better than Fufang dansen injection. Conclusion Senqi tongluo injection has good protective effect on cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury. |
