基于水资源综合利用的城市水利工程功能研究

现代城市水利的发展,应以建设＂人水和谐＂为目标,充分发挥城市水利工程的功能作用,实现城市水资源综合利用效益最大化。探讨了城市水利工程在蓄水供水、防灾减灾、环境改善等方面的作用。在城市蓄水供水方面,注重水源地建设;在城市防灾减灾方面,注重防洪排涝建设;在城市环境改善方面,注重水域生态系统保护与修复建设;在城市旅游方面,注重水文化旅游发展;在城市景观方面,注重滨水区域景观设计。

Research on Future Water Rights Transfer Mode in Ningxia Region of Yellow River Basin
