摘    要:针对装备实施故障预测过程中状态监测可达性的限制,提出系统级故障预测问题。通过参照国际标准化组织对故障预测的定义,界定系统级故障预测范畴,在此基础上应用基于模型推理的方法,构建系统级故障预测框架,实现从高层次系统监测信息中推理低层次难接近部件状态,更符合装备实际使用要求。

Abstract:The system-level fault prognostic is introduced to solve the problem of reachability limitation from condition monitoring for equipment fault prognostic.According to prognostic definition by International Organization for Standardization(ISO),the category of system-level fault prognostic is formed.Based on the model-based reasoning(MBR) method,the framework of system-level fault prognostic is present to address the need to reason about low-level inaccessible components from observable high-level system behavior.For the equipment in-service,this framework is more suited.
