| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低温阻断肾劝脉肾实质切开取石治疗复杂性肾结石的效果.方法术中预先分离出肾动脉,快速静脉滴注肌苷2.0g,肾周置4℃冰屑盐水,阻断肾动脉,切开肾实质及肾工、肾盏,直视下取出结石.结果本组26例平均手术时间为120min,平均失血量为100ml,肾实质切口3-5cm,一次取净结石为96.2%,22例获得6个月～3年随访,患肾功能恢复良好.经B超、KUB检查结石复发2例,体外冲击波碎石术治愈.结论低温阻断肾动脉肾实质切开取石术治疗复杂性肾结石具有操作简单、手术安全、取净率高、术后并发症少、肾功能保护好等优点.
