摘    要:大庆油田从1982年引进应用地层测试技术,1986年引进应用油管输送射孔技术,20世纪80-90年代,形成常规射孔测试联作技术。在此基础上,研究开发了跨隔射孔测试联作工艺技术。研制了双通道剪销封隔器、管柱减震器、安全泄压阀、电子压力计保护托筒等新型井下工具,解决了试油井特别是气井无法实现任意选层射孔测试联作、容易发生井喷事故的技术难题。经在卫深5井等10井次现场施工,效果良好。

Abstract:The DST technology in 1982 and the TCP technology in 1986 were imported in Daqing oilfield. On the base of the development of the conventional perforation and testing combination technology in 1980s and 1990s, the DST straddle perforation and testing technology was researched and developed. Some new down-hole tools were researched and produced in succession,such as double-passage pin packers,stem dampers,safety bleed-off valves,electronic gauge carriers. These resolved the technical problems in testing wells,especially the problem of formation selecting for perforation and DST,and that of blowout accidents in gas wells. The result is satisfactory through ten operations,in Weishen well 5,etc.
