| 摘 要： | 以湿式搅拌球磨法制备膏状锌片颜料,在球磨过程中采用激光粒度分析仪检测不同时间锌片的粒度,从而控制成品的粒度;采用离心机对筛分后料浆脱液,获得溶剂含量为9%～15%的膏状锌片;用扫描电子显微镜（SEM）观察了样品的结构形貌,滴定法对样品的金属锌含量进行分析,原子吸收分光光度计对样品的杂质含量进行分析,制备出符合达克罗技术要求的膏状锌片颜料。

| Abstract: | The paste of zinc flake pigment was prepared by using wet stirred ball-milling method;the particle size of zinc flake was measured by laser particle size analyzer at different time during ball-milling process.In order to get the paste zinc flake of solvent content 9% ～ 15%,the centrifuge was employed to dewater.The structure of the sample was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Determination of zinc by titration was investigated.The impurity content was analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometer,paste zinc flake was prepared to meet the technical requirements. |
