| Abstract: | The causes for slow increase of oxygen content in 1500 m3 liquefied nitrogen in storage tank are analyzed from the analyzer, purity of liquid entering the storage tank, and admission of air surrounding the storage tank, and measures are taken to solve the said trouble. Here, the trouble and the course to find out the causes are described. |
