摘    要:通过增设空气-污氮预热器,使污氮气吸收空压机的压缩热,从而提高污氮气温度,降低分子筛纯化系统中加热器的能耗,达到节能的目的。但预热器会使空分系统的阻力增加.进而使能耗上升。通过分析比较能耗降低量和因阻力而产生的能耗增加量,探讨增设空气-污氮预热器的经济性。

Abstract:Additional fixing the air-waste nitrogen pre-heater will elevate the temperature of waste gaseous nitrogen through absorbing the compression heat of the air compressor and lower the energy consumption of heater of the molecular sieve purification system. However, the pre-heater will increase the resistance of air separation system and in turn increase the energy consumption. Here, the lowered energy consumption as well as the increased energy consumption resulted from the resistance are analyzed and compared, and the economy rendered by additional fixing the air-waste nitrogen pre-heater is approached.
