摘    要:图像去噪作为数字图像处理领域的一个基础问题,对很多图像处理的算法研究具有重要作用.随着图像的数据量越来越大,对于图像处理的速率要求越来越高.FPGA具有吞吐量大、处理速度快、适合做并行运算的特点,可以使用FPGA实现图像去噪.基于相似块搜索的数字图像去噪算法的核心是三维DCT变换,HEVC中的整数DCT变换算法有助于减少计算复杂度,更适合FPGA的设计要求,进一步提高DCT变换速度.提出了一种基于FPGA的整数三维DCT变换实现方法,使得三维DCT变换速度显著提高.

Abstract:Image denoising, as a fundamental issue in digital image processing field, is important to many image processing algorithms. With the increasing amount of image data, the iamge processing speed has become increaseingly demanding. 3D discrete cosine transform(DCT) is the core of image denoising based on similar blocks searching. This paper presents a high-performance 3DDCT processor based on FPGA, which uses the integer DCT of High efficiency video coding(HEVC). The FPGA implementation and simulation results show that this design can achieve a higher operation speed than the traditional 3D-DCT algorithm.
