背衬层对1-3型压电复合材料换能器性能的影响

摘    要:本文制备了1-3型压电复合材料换能器,通过对比不同背衬层材料对换能器灵敏度的影响,得出用环氧树脂十钨粉时换能器具有较好的灵敏度;通过对比不同的封装材料对换能器灵敏度的影响,得出用环氧树脂为封装材料时比用金属材料为封装材料时要好.

Abstract:In this paper we prepared 1-3 piezoelectric composite transducer, by comparing the differ-ent backing materials on the sensitivity of the transducer. The transducer has a better sensitivity which obtained with epoxy and tungsten powder. By comparing effect of the different packaging materials on the sensitivity of the transducer, is epoxy resin material is better than metallic material for the encap-sulated material.
