枸杞多糖对糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的研究枸杞多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法用链脲佐菌素制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,观察并检测枸杞多糖干预12周后,大鼠血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数及血脂水平。结果糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂增高,胰岛素敏感性下降,枸杞多糖250、1000 mg/(kg.d)均能使血糖降低,250 mg/(kg.d)枸杞多糖能显著增加胰岛素的敏感性,LBP剂量不同对甘油三酯影响不同。结论枸杞多糖可能通过保护胰岛β细胞及增加胰岛素敏感性双重作用起到降糖效果。

Abstract:Objective To Explore the effect of LBP on serum glucose and serum Lipids in type 2 diabetic rat.Methods Type 2 diabetic rat model was made and the level of serum glucose,serum fat,fasting serum insulin and insulin sensentivity index were observed.Results In diabetic group,the serum glucose and serum fat were significantly increased in comparison with control group while insulin sensentivity index was significantly reduced in diabetic group.Two doses of LBP invention could significantly reduce serum glucose in comparison with diabetic group,and a low dose LBP could significantly increase insulin sensentivity but serum fat was not effected.Conclusion LBP can reduce serum glucose by protecting beta Cell of islet and increasing insulin sensentivity.
