摘    要:本实验将转相乳化法引人VAE胶粘剂的生产中,并综合了非离子型乳化剂和阴离子型乳化剂的优点,克服了非离子型乳化剂易使胶粘剂粘度升高、而阴离子型乳化剂易受电解质和pH值影响的缺点,很好地实现了增粘树脂在水性体系中的稳定分散。研制的胶粘剂贮存稳定,粘接性能良好,并在体系中形成了触变性结构。该胶粘剂采用常压喷胶方式,施工性能优异;粘结强度高,粘结效果好,粘结平整、均匀。

Abstract:By way of introduction of phase transformation emulsification into preparation of VAE adhesive, integration of virtues of nonionic emulsifier and anionic emulsifier to overcome defects of increasing viscosity of adhesive often due to nonionic emulsifier and easy influence of electrolyte and pH value on anionic emulsifier, steady dispersion of tackifying resin in waterborne system was perfected. The adhesive prepared was stable in storage with good adhesion and was of thixotropic structure in the system. The adhesive was operated by means of normal pressure spraying with excellent performance, high adhesion, level and uniform binding.
