同期膀胱镜检查及膀胱癌电切术的探讨

目的探讨膀胱癌同期膀胱镜检查及经尿道膀胱癌电切术的可行性。方法回顾性分析106例膀胱癌的临床资料,55例行同期膀胱镜检查及膀胱癌电切术(A组),51例术前常规膀胱镜检及病理检查后行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术((B组)。比较两组的手术时间及住院时间。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术,106例病检结果均为膀胱移行细胞癌,两组平均手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(t=2.36,P>0.05),住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.2,P<0.05)。结论同期膀胱镜检查及经尿道膀胱癌电切术不影响治疗效果,但可减轻患者痛苦,减少经费,缩短住院时间。

Approach of Synchronization Cystoscopy and Bladder Carcinoma Electrocision

Objective To approach the feasibility of synchronization cystoscopy and bladder carcinoma electrocision. Methods Analyze retrospectively the clinical data of 106 eases with bladder carcinoma,55 cases do synchronization eystoscopy and bladder carcinoma electrocision（ A group） ,51 cases do transurethral resection of bladder tumor（ B group） after conventional preoperative examination and pathological examination of cystoscope. To compare the surgery time and stay length of two groups. Results Patients of the two groups finish the surgery successfully, pathological examination of 106 cases show transitional cell carcinoma of blad- der, Comparing the average operation time of the two groups is no significant difference（t = 2.36,P 〉 0.05 ）, the length of stay is significant difference （ t = 9.2,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The synchronization cystoscopy and transurethral resection of bladder cancer do not affect the therapeutic effect, but can reduce pain, expenses and the length of stay.
