摘    要:以次亚磷酸钠为还原剂,在PMMN系压电陶瓷表面进行碱性化学镀镍作为电极使用;确定了适用于PMMN系压电陶瓷体系的碱性镀液和镀镍工艺参数;通过SEaM对镀镍层表面进行了分析,研究了施镀时间对镀镍层厚度的影响,镀镍时间在15~20min较佳。实验结果表明,PMMN压电陶瓷表面化学镀镍层均匀、致密无开裂现象.

Abstract:Basic electroless nickel plating on PMMN piezoelectric ceramic was studied with hypophosphite as a teducing agent. The plating batch and processing parameters were optimized, and the morphology and the microstructure of electroless nickel coating are analyzed here, The thickness of nickel dam infected by nickelizing time has been mentioned here. Experimental results indicated that the eletroless nickel coating of PMMN is homogeneous, there is no cracked phenomenon and the film on PMMN had an excellent adhesive strength.
