| Abstract: | The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority（EECA） is New Zealand efficiency management department.This paper introduces EECA＇s investigation principle and implementation strategies,illegal treatment strategies and survey procedure in energy using product market,which reflect EECA＇s ideas and characteristics in energy efficiency market supervision,the contents will be used for reference in supervising the energy using products in our country. |
