| 摘 要： | 本文对土壤8种有效态元素二乙烯三胺五乙酸浸提-感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定土壤中有效铜进行了不确定度评定,对测量过程中引入的不确定度来源进行了详细分析,主要不确定引入包括样品的称样、工作曲线拟合、试样体积及测量重复性等引入的不确定度分量,计算出各个分量的不确定度,通过合成得到测量结果的合成不确定度、扩展不确定度及测试结果。
