摘    要:为了对确定装备重要功能单元进行辅助决策,针对现有确定装备重要功能单元方法的不足,介绍了区间 数多指标决策问题,结合各属性指标的优先性,对传统的区间数TOPSIS 方法进行改进,提出了一种考虑属性优先 级的区间数TOPSIS 方法来确定装备重要功能单元。实例应用结果表明:该方法既能保证确定重要功能单元的客观 性,又能反映不同决策的风险程度,同时,该方法运算简单,易于计算机编程实现,具有较强的应用性和推广性。

A Determining Functionally Significant Item Method of Equipment Based on Attribute Priority
Abstract:In order to assist making decision of determining the functionally significant items of the equipment, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing methods, the interval number multiple index decision problem is introduced. In combination with the priority of each attribute index, the traditional interval number TOPSIS method is improved. An interval number TOPSIS method with attribute priority is proposed to determine the functionally significant items of the equipment. The test results show that this method can guarantee the objectivity of the functionally significant items and reflect the degree of risk of different decision-making. At the same time, the method calculation is simple and the method is easy to implement computer program, and has strong application and popularization.
