摘 要: | 针对捕收剂Z-200价格上涨导致生产成本增加的问题,对某铜渣进行详细的捕收剂种类对比试验。闭路试验结果表明:采用LY-1作为该铜渣捕收剂,可获得含铜25. 49%、铜回收率92. 60%的铜精矿。采用LY-1代替Z-200作为该铜渣捕收剂,不仅可以获得指标更优的产品,且吨矿成本降低1. 44元/t原矿。

Abstract: | In view of the production costs which caused by rising in collector Z-200, the detailed comparison tests on the kinds of collectors was optimized for one copper slag. The results of closed circuit test showed that the copper concentrate with copper grade 25.49%, copper recovery 92.60% can be obtained using LY-1 as the collector. It not only obtained production with better indicators, but also reduced by 1.44yuan in per ton ore when adapting LY-1 to replace Z-200 as the collector of the copper slag. |
