高校辅导员心理健康现状及其相关问题研究

目的 了解高校辅导员心理健康状况,并对其相关问题进行研究.方法 采用精神卫生自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和自编量表3个量表对南京市5所高校114名学生辅导员进行问卷测试.结果 4.4%的高校辅导员有较严重的心理问题,19.3%的高校辅导员存在轻度的心理问题.结论 高校辅导员的心理健康水平略好于全国常模,明显好于普通高校教师.但由于高校辅导员群体及其工作的特殊性,测试中所反映出的问题,应该引起有关部门的高度重视.

An Investigation on the Psychological Health Condition and Its Relative Problems of College Instructor

Objective To make the psychological health condition clear and investigate into the relative problems.Methods 114 college instructors from 5 universities in NanJing are asked to answer the following quantitative forms:SCL-90,EPQ and self-designed quantitative form.Results 4.4% participants have serious mental problems and 19.3% participants have slight mental problems.Conclusion The result is a little better than the average of the whole country,and much better than the normal college teachers.In view of the special traits of instructors and their task,the problems implied in this investigation deserves the firm concern of relative departments.
