摘    要:采用Co-salen配合物作为漂白活化剂,应用于棉织物一浴一步法前处理.通过探讨不同工艺条件对织物白度、毛效和断裂强力的影响,得到优化的工艺条件为:Co-salen配合物浓度2μmol/L(吡啶与Co-salen摩尔比1∶1),30%H2O215g/L,NaOH 2 g/L,Na2SiO3 2 g/L,JFC 1 g/L,70℃处理60 min,浴比1∶30.

Abstract:Co-salen complex as a bleaching activator is introduced to the pretreatment of cotton fabric with one bath and one step process.The optimized treatment conditions are obtained by the evaluation of whiteness,capillary effect and tensile strength of cotton fabric as follows: Co-salen complex 2 μmol/L(molar ratio of Co-salen to pyridine 1 ∶ 1),30%H2O2 15 g/L,NaOH 2 g/L,Na2SiO3 2 g/L,JFC 1 g/L,treating at 70 ℃ for 60 min and liquor ratio 1 ∶ 30.
