同期经尿道手术治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤并前列腺增生18例临床观察

目的 探讨膀胱肿瘤并发BPH患者同期实施经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术及经尿道前列腺电切术的可行性.方法 对同期施行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术及经尿道前列腺电切术的18例膀胱癌并发BPH患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析.结果 该组患者无明显并发症,术后随访,2例复发,均未发生前列腺窝后尿道及切开种植转移.结论 同期行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术及经尿道前列腺电切术是安全、可行的,对预防肿瘤复发是有益的,发生尿路创面种植的机会极小.

Clinical observation on the treatment of 18 cases of superficial bladder cancer combined with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral surgery.

Objective To explore the feasibility of transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) in the treatment of patients with superficial bladder cancer combined with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The clinical data of 18 cases of superficial bladder cancer combined with BPH treated by TURBT and TURP simultaneously were retrospectively analyzed. Results No obvious complications were found in all the patients. During the follow-up, 2 cases relapse, without urethral or prostatic implantation. Conclusion Simultaneous application of TURBT and TURP is safe and feasible for patients with superficial bladder cancer combined with BPH.
