论邓小平的发展观

邓小平发展观是在对国内、国际形势和时代发展进行科学分析的基础上形成的,其主要内容有：“坚持发展生产力,始终扭住这个根本环节不放松”、“要发展生产力,经济体制改革是必由之路”、“坚持两手抓,两手都要硬”、“善于把握时机来解决我们的发展问题”和“要采取有力的步骤,使我们的发展能够持续、有后劲”。党的十六届三中全会提出的“坚持以人为本、全面、协调、可持续”的科学发展观,是对邓小平发展观的丰富和发展。

On Deng Xiaoping's Concept of Development

Deng Xiaoping's concept of development is based on the scientific analysis of domestic and international situations as well as progress of time. It can be briefly described as follows: "stick to the principle of developing productive force and never slacken our efforts to keep this essential route", "to reform economic system is the necessary road to the development of productive force", "adhere to the dual tactics and the dual tactics are firmly implemented","seize opportunities to solve our problems during development" and "adapt effective measures to make sure that our development is sustainable and forceful in the long run". The scientific concept of development of persisting in the people-centered, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development put forward in the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is the further development and enrichment of Deng Xiaoping's concept of development.
