基于LabVIEW的惯性平台温度检测控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了一个基于PC工控机的惯性平台温度检测控制系统,并介绍了系统的硬件原理框图和软件流程图。系统采用脉宽调制电路和测温电桥实现了对惯性平台台体精密的温度控制,并使用虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW设计了一个界面友好的虚拟面板。实验证明该系统能很好的实现对弹上惯性平台的温度检测和控制。

Abstract:A temperature detecting and control system of the inertia platform based on PC industrial control system is constructed,and the hardware design and the software diagrams of the temperature controlling system are shown.Pulse modulation circuit and temperature measuring circuit are adopted to control the temperature of inertial platform exactly.A virtual panel of friendly-interface is designed for the system by used Virtual Instrument developing tool,LabVIEW.The experiment proves that the system can adapt for temperature Detecting and control of the inertia platform.
