住院病案回收现状分析与对策

目的加强对病案的及时回收,充分发挥病案信息的效用,提高医院的综合管理水平。方法根据2012年的各科出院病历回收登记本计算回收率,对病历延迟回收情况进行原因分析,提出改进措施。结果实施病历回收改进措施后,2013年1季度全院出院病案二日回收率为84.6%,病案七日回收率为95.2%,病案的回收情况得到了较大改善。结论医院各级应高度重视病案的重要性,建立健全完善的病案回收和奖惩机制,实现有效的监督和管理。

Cku-rent Situation Analysis and Countermeasures of Medical Record Retrieve

Objective To strengthen the timely recovery of the medical record, give full play to the utility of medical rccord infor- mation, improve the hospital management level, provide better serviee for the society. Methods Calculate recovery rate according to medical records recycling records and analyze the cause of medical record delayed recovery, and proposed improvement measures. Re- suits After the implementation of improvement of the recovery measures for medical rccords, in one quarter of 2013, the recovery rate of two days was 84.6%, the rccovery rate of seven days was 95.2%, the recovery of medical records are improved greatly. Conclusion Hospitals at all levels should attach great importance to the medical records, establish a perfect medical record collection and the rewards and punishment mechanism, realize effective supervision and management.
