| 摘 要： | 采用原子吸收光谱法测定莲子、黑芝麻糊、豆奶粉及麦片4种食品中的Fe、Zn、Ca、Na、K、Mn、Cu等7种营养元素的含量。结果表明：采用标准加入法所得的回收率为95％－108％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为0．3％－3．3％，结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | The contents of 7 nutritional element of iron, zinc, calcium etc.in 4 different kinds of food: lotus seed,bean milk powder, black sesames paster and oatmeal have been determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry .The average recovery of this method was 95%-108% in optimum experimental conditions,the RSD was 0.3%-3.3%.The result is satisfactory. |
