| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨GnRH—a治疗子宫内膜异症的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院确诊为子宫内膜异位症的45例患者的治疗结果。结果：患者用药后痛经、下腹痛、性交痛、低热、便血等症状迅速消失或缓解；盆腔触痛和后穹窿紫点消失，后陷凹结节变软减少，卵巢巧克力囊肿及附件区增厚缩小、消失。结论：GnRH—a对子宫内膜异位症近期效果肯定，其远期疗效需进一步观察和证实。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of GnRH-a in endometriosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 45 patients who suffered from endometriosis and treated by GnRH-a was reviewed. Results:After treatment with GnRH-a,abdominal pain, intercourse pain,low heat,and blood in stool of the patients were quickly disappeared or alleviated symptoms, purple points disappeared,ovarian chocolate cyst were soften and annex were shaped narrow or disappeared. Conclusion:The treatment of endometriosis with GnRH-a on cervical show positive results,but long-term effects are needed a further study. |
