| 摘 要： | 以太原某二层砖混结构商住楼纠偏工程为例,分析了该建筑物倾斜的原因,并针对该建筑物地基不均匀沉降以及处于湿陷性黄土地区的特点,设计了挖孔取土释放地基应力、注水沉降及托换加固综合纠偏的施工方法对建筑物进行纠偏处理。沉降稳定后倾斜观测结果表明建筑物倾斜量均符合国家规范标准要求,可以作为同类工程的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Taking a brick masonry structure deviation rectification of Taiyuan as example,the reasons causing the inclination of the building was analyzed.According to the characteristics of uneven subsidence foundation and in collapsible loess area,corresponding deviation rectification treatment is introduced,which depended on water injection and reinforcement.After settlement observation,the results of inclination observation showed that inclination accorded with national standard requirements and acquired good treatment effects. |
