| 摘 要： | 运用投入产出模型和乘数理论，分别从生产环节和消费环节研究了建筑业投资对国民经济增长贡献的拉动乘数、影响力系数和投资乘数。以2007年福建省投入产出分析表为依据，对2009年福建省建筑业投资对区域经济增长的贡献进行了比较分析，验证了投资乘数理论的有效性。结果表明：相对我国其他省市，福建省建筑业的拉动乘数、影响力系数及投资乘数处于中等偏下水平，需进一步加大建筑业的技术创新。

| Abstract: | The input - output model and the multiplier theory were employed to quantitatively calculate the pulling multiplier,influence coefficient and inverstment multiplier of the contribution of construction investment to national economic growth including production and consumption. And a comparative case study was implemented on the contribution of construction investment to regional economic growth in Fujian province in 2009 on the basis of input - output table of Fujian in 2007, thus proving the effectiveness of investment multiplier theory. The results showed that pulling multiplier, influence coefficient and investment multiplier were lower than average of our country, so it should strengthen technical innovation of construction industry in Fujian province. |
