摘    要:3 氯 2 羟丙基 三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMAC)是一种应用广泛的季铵盐型阳离子醚化剂,仅用来制造阳离子淀粉的需求量就非常大。该物质的合成方法有多种,最常见的是在水相中以环氧氯丙烷(ECH)与三甲胺盐酸盐为原料合成CHPTMAC,这一合成路线会产生一些对产品质量影响很大的副产物。为了提高产品的质量,需对其中的副产物和原料组分的含量加以严格控制。该文综述了CHPTMAC的合成进展,着重讨论了在水相中合成的影响因素以及减少产品中杂质含量的方法。参考文献21篇。

Abstract:3-Chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride(CHPTMAC) is widely used as a quaternary ammonium cationic etherifying agent.The quantity needed only for the preparation of cationic starch is very large.There are many processes to prepare CHPTMAC.The most common one is a process entailing reaction of epichlorohydrin with trimethylammonium chloride in aqueous system.But the impurities including by-products from side reactions and remaining reactants will deeply influence the quality of the product.In order to upgrade the quality,the impurity contents must be rigidly controlled.In this paper a review was given to describe the advance in synthesis of CHPTMAC,and the reaction conditions and method of product purification were emphathetically dicussed.
