| 摘 要： | 选择"肾主骨"理论指导下临床疗效确切的"肾病及骨"和"骨病及肾"病证,采用临床流行病学、临床试验、模式动物学、分子生物学、系统生物学等方法,开展中医"肾主骨"理论的系统研究,多角度阐明"肾主骨"的内在联系与协调机制,揭示临床疗效产生的内在规律,深化对"肾为先天之本"、"肾主骨、生髓"理论的认识,以提高"肾主骨"理论体系的整体认识水平,能够提高"肾主骨"理论的临床应用价值,发展和创新中医藏象理论。

| Abstract: | Methods of clinical epidemiology,clinical trails,model organism,epigenetic,and systems biology could be employed to investigate those diseases of kidney diseases involving bone,and bone diseases involving kidney,which were treated by the theory of the kidney dominating the bone,to explore the intrinsic relationship and mechanism between kidney and bone,and to deepen the theory,the kidney being the origin of congenital constitution,the kidney dominating the bone,and the kidney nourishing the marrow.Therefore... |
