润滑油白土精制装置存在的问题及技改措施

对润滑油白土精制装置投产以来的运行情况进行分析，针对装置的现状，分析了装置运行中存在的技术问题，并进行了相应的改造。工艺技术改造包括原料油流程的调整、增设原料脱气塔、新增络合脱氮工艺、解决蒸发塔顶真空系统腐蚀问题；设备技术改进包括板框式压滤机的更换、白土加料器的更换、脱气塔低抽出油泵的改造、解决水环式真空泵的结垢问题等。改造后，润滑油白土精制装置运行的技术水平得到提高，取得了较大的经济效益和社会效益。并就目前存在的问题提出了解决方案。

PROBLEMS AND TECHNICAL RETROFIT MEASURES FOR CLAY REFINING UNIT OF BASE OIL PRODUCTION

The problems in lubricating oil clay purification device were analyzed and the corresponding retrofit techniques were proposed and applied, including: adjusting feed oil flow, adding material degassing tower, adopting complexing denitrification process, solving the corrosion of the overhead vacuum evaporation system. The technical improvement in equipment include: replacing plate and frame filter press and clay feeder, retrofitting pump at the degassing tower bottom, solving the scaling problems of water ring vacuum pump. Some techniques based on the current situation were put forward. A good social and economic benefits are obtained followed the above retrofit measures.
