摘    要:华东电网500 kV输电线路GIS管理系统是基于ESRI ArcGIS平台,集线路设备的台帐、检修、缺陷信息管理于一体的,实现基于GIS的空间地理信息查询、统计功能的综合性区域电网生产设备信息管理系统,该系统设计开发完成投入运行后,结合电网生产需要和软件技术的最新发展,进行了高级增值应用的研究,并确定了污(雾)闪预测分析、雷电定位、线路故障定位和绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测等在内的应用开发方向.介绍了结合ArcGIS软件,实现系统增值应用的情况,对技术难点的解决进行了阐述.

Abstract:The 500 kV transmission line GIS management system for East China Power Grid,a comprehensive equipment information management system for regional grids based on ESRI ArcGIS platform,combines the information management of machine account,maintenance,and defects,and realizes GIS-based spacial geographic information query and statistic function.After the system was put into operation,research on its advanced value-added application was conducted based on the actual demand of grid and the up-to-date development of software technology.The application development directions of flashover prediction analysis,lightning positioning,line default locating,and on-line leakage current monitoring for insulators are determined.The value-added application development based on ArcGIS is presented,and solutions to some technical difficulties are illuminated.
