| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声在膝关节内、外侧副韧带急性损伤诊断中的价值。方法与核磁共振检查、临床表现及手术结果比较，分析31例35条膝关节侧副韧带不同类型损伤的声像图表现。结果31例患者（35条损伤的侧副韧带）的MRI和超声均诊断为侧副韧带损伤，其中超声诊断韧带挫伤的有27条，部分撕裂伤有5条，完全撕裂伤有3条；核磁共振诊断韧带挫伤有27条，部分撕裂伤有4条，完全撕裂伤有4条。结论超声是诊断膝关节侧副韧带急性损伤的一种简便、可靠的方法，对治疗方法的选择具有一定的指导作用。
